Dear Brother,

Hello, my name is Dennis Roudenbush and I have been elected as your Worshipful Master at Georgetown Lodge for the year 2006.

I want to thank the Lodge for having their Faith, confidence, and trust in me by electing me as your Worshipful Master, and I will demonstrate my gratitude by doing the very best job I can as the Master of Georgetown Lodge #480.

You and your guest are cordially invited to attend the Dinners and Meetings on the second Thursday of each month.  The dinner is from 6:30 to 7:30, with the Stated Meeting immediately following the dinner.  If you have not attended Lodge for awhile please come to at least one of our Lodge meetings this year.

I would now like to tell you a little about myself. I am the son of the late Forrest and Norma Roudenbush. My wife Margaret and I have been married for 30 years and have one daughter and two granddaughters.  I am a 25 year member of the Masonic Fraternity and am a Past Master (1984) of New Albany Lodge #39.  I am a member of Edwardsville United Methodist Church.  I am a Trustee on the Lanesville Protestant Cemetery board.     We moved to our current home in Edwardsville in 1988. I am a graduate of Sullivan College with a degree in Business.   I have been the Store Manager at Floyd Central Thriftway Supermarket since 1998 and have been in the Grocery Store business for about 30 years. I also work part time for Liberty Tax Service during the tax season.

I am a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Viet Nam conflict as a Platoon Sergeant.  I was a Reserve Police Officer on the Floyd County Police Department for 14 years.

I have many hobbies (too many) including Model Trains, Genealogy, Cemetery preservation, U.S. History, Computing, and many more.

Brothers, I need the support of all Past Masters, Officers and all brothers of the Lodge to be active members of our Lodge. Please let me know if you would like to take part in any degree work or activity of the Lodge.  Any friend or family member that you believe would be a Worthy Candidate of the Masonic Fraternity would be a welcomed member of our Lodge.

Attached is a list of the Lodge Officers, Committee members, stated meeting dates and activities for the year 2006.

Fraternally,

Dennis O. Roudenbush  P.M.
